I gonna do an exercise log thing to here we go. I will log in my result every day for 5 months the say my over all results at the end. I am from the uk btw to time zones might be different. Day 1: my theighs feel quite sore and the work out is HARD. My thieghs are also quite shaky after this work out but that’s probably because this is the most I worked out with it for a while. Day 2: obviously from my muscles hurting from yesterday this was harder to do yet easier at the same time. I haven’t noticed any changes yet but I am sure I will in the future because I do feel slightly for fit afterwards. On day three I am hoping to see some changes. Oh and I saw this other comment that said the day thing is fake but trust me and I am only writing this to save other people the test.

doing this : Day 1) hard (but i did it ) . My legs are hurting . Uf . Also, i’m trying not to eat sweets. Day 2) did this , my legs are in pain , but it,’s ok. I ate sweets 🤭😶 Day 3) did this in the morning +at night . Ate a taco 🌮🤭 Info : i have 64 kilos (and i want to have 55 kilos )

Day one: it really hurts but I’m still gonna do it Day two: still hurts but it got more easier Day three: I felt it was more doable, no changes but I felt tighter Day four: forgot to do it Day five: it is easier now and I feel tight but no changes. I did it in the night too to make up for yesterday. Day six: I felt tighter and i also felt that my legs were changing but it was a small change Day seven: I found it easy and I haven’t noticed any changes but I did fell stronger and tighter Day eight: I felt skinnier but I have decided to drink water more often to get more results Day nine: I’ve noticed that my thighs seem slim and the exercises are much easier and drinking water really help Day ten: no changes but I feel tighter today Day eleven: it is easy and simple and I can’t find any changes Day twelve : I feel slim and tight and I think it’s. Working but very slowly Day thirteen: I can notice. Small gap between my thighs so it must be working and also it is best to drink water in the morning and do this exercise in the early morning because it would have most effect at that time Day fourteen: I notice my legs have a gap between them so it is working but it is small Day fifteen: I feel more flexible and tight and I drink a lot of water too to get better results, I feel a little change so it is working. Day sixteen: I feel tight and a tiny bit more skinnier but I feel like this is going to take more than a month Day seventeen: small changes are visible to me but I’m still gonna have to do this for longer Day eighteen: it doesn’t have that much of an effect on me Day nineteen: I am not sure that I’m losing that much weight from how I look but when I checked my weight it was 0.5kg less! But I look the same so what I mean is that you could be losing weight while looking the exact same Day twenty: I look the same but i fell somehow much stronger Day twenty one : I look the same but I lost around a kilo , I try to drink water a lot to fasten the results.

Can I share some of my opinions? I've been through this, myself. I don't think restricting diet is sustainable in the long term because once you break it, you'll feel so ashamed, and guilty, and would binge eat, A LOT. What I'd suggest is to find something you love, and simply cut the amount on it. Because scientifically, it is impossible NOT to lose weight if you eat slightly less and do a bit more exercise. And I don't think there's a one size fits all routine because everyone's got different body types which require different energy intake. Also, don't be harsh on yourself, it is OKAY to over eat sometimes because humans symbolise food for celebration and social events for thousands of years, we associate it with good things naturally. It's part of our culture. The reason why we overeat is because we use food to release our emotion. When we're angry, we eat. When we're sad, we eat. Imagine if you don't have that emotion, would you overeat/reach out to that cookie? If you can break that mental pattern, and develop a new habit/find an alternative like walking or breathing - you can forget about willpower because you're now NATURALLY doing it.

I’m going to do this for 2 weeks and tell u guys what happens. 1 like = 1 squat. Day 1: This hurt so bad ☹️ I also walked my dogs so I did a little bit extra Day 2: Didn’t hurt as bad. But then I remembered.. SQUATS! ☹️😟 Day 3: My thigh gap is slightly bigger but my thighs are still the size of Goliath. Will edit as soon as day 4 is completed

I haven't been able to do anything other than walking for a few months because of my injury in my knee. I will be doing this for a while and I will be updating this comment. Day 1: I just did it, my legs feel so tired but I feel good. Did it once. Day 2: My legs are hurting, hurts to sit. Did the workout, felt okay. Day 3: My legs doesn't hurt at all. Did it before I went to school and before bed. Did extra squats. They feel pretty tired now. Also no difference (obviously). Day 4: Skipped Day 5: Did extra. I feel tired, no changes.
