My body composition improved dramatically by counting calories and working out. But my diet was highest in carbs and lowest in fats. If I had to keep carbs that low, there is no way I can stick to the diet. Especially with it being apple season.

Wow mind blowing stuff about cancer my friend. I believe you. I been on a 80% sat fat and 20 % protein 0% carb diet. I am down 50 lbs! In ..... 11 weeks. It works!!!! A great friend of my family has stage 4 brain cancer. She has been a vegan for decades. She is confused about how this could happened. This happened because of the lack of fat in the diet. Vegans brains shrink

Hi, I have had the pleasure of being a patient of Robin’s, his wealth of knowledge is mind blowing. Sadly Robin left Australia due to it's narrow mindedness and complete lack of understanding, instead of listening to new innovative ideas Australians have chosen instead to be brain washed by large pharmaceutical companies. Robin has now moved to the USA, I miss our chats and his knowledge. I have been to other epigenetic specialists in Melbourne and I can't find anyone as good as Robin. My husband has stopped eating carbs. Only eats green vegetables, avocados, pecans, and fatty cuts of meat once a day. He’s down 18 pounds in 3 weeks. He feels great and has no cravings for sugars .

Please include information about foods high in oxalic acid. Oxalate crystals are at the root cause of arthritic pain and many other conditions and need to be eliminated gradually from the body. Unfortunately many keto foods are high in oxalates.

Doc you are so right, cortisol rises in the morning to get us going for the hunt, and cortisol is much lower just after 11 as we are just about to get our first natural meal for the day. How disconnected are modern humans from their own physiology, that we now eat a whole lot of sugar when we get up and spike our insulin/IGF1 and cortisol, and wonder why we feel like crap after an hour of eating this way.

Robin, you tell us to eat meat, yet studies have proven that people who eat red meat are definitely more likely to develop colon cancer. Did you mean white meat? I doubt that you did, since you say that fat is good for you.

Well put and I agree with everything but you never mentioned the other Forbidden thing, that the medical community push so hard with the authority of the big Pharma.. SUNSHINE and vitamin D is needed and they are trying to scare using cancer to promote the lack of exposure and covering with blockers and such. We need sun to produce the D and it ahs an amazing effect on the health of the people who get it $98 billion I understand in sales profit of blocker to slap it on. It on to stop UvA not the uvb so it is a waste of time anyway.

Dr. Willciurt. My wife has the SNP APOE 3/4 and has been advised that she should avoid saturated fats to prevent Alzheimer's Disease. Humans have lived for thousands of years on saturated fat and no polyunsaturated fats. How can this information be correct?
