This video is about how I lost 40lbs! and SO many of you asked me to start sharing what i eat, along with my workouts and other related topics! In this video, i show you some meal ideas to help you lose weight/gain muscle & maintain a healthy lifestyle and balance.

i usually buy cage free eggs.

for easy to peel follow these steps. If serving eggs cold, add 1 tray of ice cubes to a large bowl and fill with water.
Add 1 inch of water to a large pot. Place steamer insert inside, cover, and bring to a boil over high heat. Add eggs to steamer basket, cover, and continue cooking, 6 minutes for soft-boiled eggs or 12 minutes for hard-boiled.
Serve immediately if serving hot. If serving cold, immediately place eggs in a bowl of ice water and allow to cool for at least 15 minutes before peeling under cool running water. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

*or take straight out of fridge, and steam for +/- 20 min.
not as easy to peel but taste the same.

It would have been much better if I found out this particular “Yamzoko Weebly” (Google it) a few years back. For 15 days of utilizing the plans, I lost TWELVE lbs There is still need of physical exercises even only a couple of times weekly and the food to nibble on must be ideal. I am literally at the exact weight you were before 155 and I’m 28. In high school and early 20s I always naturally maintained 127 to 134ish. I’m 5”5. This is really inspiring I just need to lose some tummy man and face weight man 😫 also slimmer thighs

Even if you want to eat you need more calories. The best way is nkt to be afraid of healthy fats like nuts and seeds and more veggies and fatty fish

I'm sorry but why the hell do some people cook their shrimp tails on ... mixing it all . So you either take your time picking off the tails later while trying to eat or you just eat them. Most people pick tails off and then cook their shrimp

Shes actually eating a higher fat diet than carbs. She could eat more carbs and cut the fat and still amount to the same amount kf calories because higher fat foods have like 50-70 percent more calories than carbs.
