Hi. Workout for me is not really a problem because i have time to do it. But what is really difficult for me is food choices because i'm a really picky person and there's so much type of food that i don't like. Like vegetables and fruits. And meat too. I really want to lose weight but i don't know how to do it. Do any of you have advice? Should i just force myself to eat or do you have other solutions? I'm looking forward your responses😊

How I treasure you Lucy your workouts your motivational speaking your books. My son said this is the best he has ever seen me. I am 58 years old my son is 30. This made me cry because it's been a battle - Not Any More thank you so much.I have lost over 18 "s and 15lbs since May. I am pushing hard to focus on eating clean. I can't praise or thank you enough. I feel so terrific!

I am loving your short video work outs. They are helping me to loose the few kilos that i need. Although i am not overweight. Its just the belly fat that is the hardest to get rid of. And these exercises are sure helping combined with a good eating plan.

I have lost 38 pounds on my own and I just have some waist fast and I'm doing your 7 minute challenge. Everything's going good but I dont know what to eat. I'm vegetarian and I've really struggled of what to eat for protein. Do you have any suggestions?

I have a question. I grew up used to eating plain white rice every breakfast, lunch and dinner. I just started to work out and only eat rice in breakfast and just eat plain cooked vegetables and fruits during lunch and dinner. Is that healthy? I mean sometimes after eating lunch I still feel hungry even I just ate the right portion of vegetables and fruits. Can I ask for some tips?

Iv just done you're vid I love exercise but have a condition called phybonmyalgia which causes lots of aches & pains & inflammation threw my whole body & find it difficult to do some of the exercises, now & then I have a flare up when I can hardly move on some days till it settles down, after saying this I don't give up I still try to keep it going Even thought I no I could probably suffer for it the next day I still believe in exercising

if you are curious about Lucy's videos , DO IT! I started last March and I haven't looked back. Clean eating and Lucy helped me lose fifty pounds!! first time in five years I wore a bathing suit and shorts! Although my meals consist of veggies, fruits, grains, legumes, beans..I still treat myself and no biggie. give it a try, four minutes is enough and eventually you'll be craving and pushing for more!!!
