Yes...I needed this video in my library. One of the missing pieces to my health and fitness puzzle. Do everything but do it every so often. Every 2 weeks do something differently if you plateau. Then, go on holiday and over eat, especially CARBS! It's true. I've seen it with my own eyes. No carbs for a while then binge and break the plateau. Very informative. Thanks Doc!

New subscriber, love your video! My only concern is when exercising more, how much can one eat more. Are we talking about a couple of hundred calories? Most women are terrified to eat more without weight gain. Thanks!
