much of what you say is your opinion, a copy and paste of standard medical information. Meta analysis and rct indicate varying degrees of information relating to fibre. Don't confuse fibre with cholesterol and T2d, you cannot substantiate this data 100%. "No one has died from high cholesterol, and inflammation has so much of an influence in this regard. You are a CS, don't venture into food unless you have expertise in this area.
