They give me a lot of strength and curb my appetite, however I do NOT crash once they wear off which I like, and so they don`t cause me to feel jittery. Its a myth dat drinking 8 glasses of water a day will help in weight loss. We shud drink water only when we are thirsty. Reducing your intake of food fm 3/4 to 2 meals is better and new option.
