Just eat between 8-10 hour window. Some might call it intermittent fasting, but to me it's just a healthy eating habit to have. And that's it. Zero exercise, zero diet needed ! I achieved my weight loss goal in 2 months without even trying. I can eat anything I want. My weight always stays between 150-155 pounds.

Dude I totally agree with no 7 Whenever I try my favorite food I eat it so fast that I still fell that I needed some more But when it's the opposite of my favourite food I eat it so slowly that I just take up only 10%of the normal meal and feel full
