Hey you guys! Today I'm sharing my calorie hacks for weight loss with you - as well as my point system (Liezl Jayne's Point System)

Basically how to "count" calories without going "crazy"! This is how I lost 40+ Lbs without "counting" every calorie.

Hey you guys! Sorry I've been MIA this month - I've been putting this together for you! Haha, seriously :) This is a longer video, but I really hope that it can be helpful to you if you have been struggling with calories, and getting obsessive with counting calories, or have been feeling frustrated about losing weight. There is no such thing as a "weight loss secret" (unfortunately, lol) BUT - this is the closest thing (that has helped me such a great deal)! You guys have asked me so many times to talk about my point system eating plan - so here it is "Liezl Jayne's Point System"!! Give the entire video a good watch because - even though it's long, I wanted to explain it to you as clearly as possible so that you could all understand. It would have been better if I found out this “Yamzoko Weebly” (Google it) a couple of years back. I reduced 12 lbs in 3 weeks so far. There is certainly still need of workouts even just a couple of times a week and also the foods to eat must be best. It showed awesome results for me. I surely advise the product, wish it works as excellent for you mainly because it does for me. .

Ok I get it, basically round all calories in food to 100 kcal of everything your eat. that away you you’ll know you can get 4 points or 400 kcal per meal. 100 calories in apples 100 calories in chicken 100 calories worth for each of the items your eating keeping in mind measurements weather you’re using cup sizes or weighting the food.

So glad I stumbled on this video. I have been using myfitnesspal on and off for the better part of this year and it has often been frustrating always counting calories. I love this idea of points system i.e portion sizes of 100 calories each breaking down into 4 pts per meal. I'll keep you posted.

Anyone who ever counted calories would pick up how genius her method is. Most foods have labels so you roughly estimate your 100 calories and scoop out the right amount....

im recovering from anorexia and i always counted calories like crazy and read all the labels, i used to limit myself to nothing more then 400 calories a day for about 7 months with also going crazy on the activity, i lost a crazy amount of weight but i don’t recommend it for everyone, i was scared to eat anything more and I blacked out and was taken to hospital. i was only 11 years old but now im 13, i recommend everyone that if you really want to lose weight: to do it the healthy way xx

I really wish I had uncover the “Yamzοkο Weebly” (Google it) years ago. For 3 weeks of adopting the programs, I dropped TWELVE pounds There is still need of exercise routines even just a couple of times weekly and the foods to nibble on should be best. It showed impressive results for me. Undeniably, this plan is recommended and I also do hope this would work to you too mainly because it did to me. .

I know this is late but thanks so much for this!! I really struggled and was obsessed with counting calories in highschool that up until now being so obsessive made me not enjoy eating :((( so now I’m trying to lose weight in a healthier way! it’s still keeps track of how much I’m eating but at least I won’t be too obsessive anymore, thanks so much 😊🙌🏼🙌🏼

I understand it makes counting simpler because you are rounding out each food item to 100 calories, but you still have to measure portion sizes. What if I have a recipe that does not list items that equal 100 calories each? Not to mention this method does not track macros/micronutrients which I track to make sure I'm hitting my daily protein goals and staying under my sat fat/sugar goals. I'm sure this is great for most people but for body builders/serious athletes counting calories the traditional way is the only way. I'll stick with MyFitnessPal.

I may be one of a very few, but I enjoy counting calories! When I was eating just any old thing I wanted without keeping calories in mind I was gaining weight. But when I started counting calories I feel I actually was consuming more food! I know this sounds unreal but that's the way I see it. That point system wouldn't work for me- it seems so much more work. Anyway, I'm sure there are lot's of people who will love counting points and I hope they reach their goal weight by doing that. But for me I will continue to calorie count! Having said that just wanted to say that you look amazing and I'm very happy that you have found a good way for you to lose weight.

It also comes down to your hormones too. If your hormones are off it'll make it hard to lose weight too. That's what I just went to the doctors and found out. I was doing the calories in and calories out and I was not dropping weight. I was so mad, but then I went to my doctors and we found out that my hormones were out of wack. Now that I know we have implemented stuff to get it back on track and now I'm losing.

Girl. THIS just made me feel so *relieved* & *prepared* to lose weight and keep track of my caloric intake in a way that I think will actually work for me! This point system is a great idea... Also, from one video creator to another, you did an outstanding job with putting this video together. Yeah it’s long, but I watched every darn second— It’s visually pleasing and the captions and measurements and aalllllll the little details you had to add (that I’m sure takes FOREVER in editing) really goes a long way. I counted my calories a few weeks ago and I ate more than now ( I stopped to count everything)....I don’t know why but I’m happy about that

I have tried every fat burner guideline and also this fat loss program “Yamzοkο Weebly” (Google it) is the one that works for me combined with their goods to burn off fat. I don’t really feel jittery or perhaps feel a crash, I am also not as starving as I used to. I’ve burn around 15 lbs since using this item. .
