Ingredients:
2 Tbs – unsalted butter
1 10oz. can ROTEL https://amzn.to/30dhhJD
1 1/2 tsp – hot sauce https://amzn.to/2KddeWb
1 1/2 tsp – creole seasoning https://amzn.to/2XnJ7lN
1/2 tsp – garlic powder
1/2 tsp – onion powder
1/4 tsp – crab boil https://amzn.to/2J9vPEn
1/4 tsp – paprika
1/4 tsp – xanthan gum http://amzn.to/2hSEaNQ
1 1/3 cup – heavy cream
1/2 cup – sour cream
4 ounces – gruyere cheese, shredded
4 ounces – Monterey jack cheese, shredded
8 ounces – crabmeat

Makes ~3 1/2 cups

Per 1/4 cup serving:
175 calories / 16.05g fat / 1.66g net carbs / 7.14g protein

Papa G!!!! You pulled a Britney Spears, β€œOops you did it again!” I just made this recipe and Β‘Ay, Dios MΓ­o! And Bam! Queso and N’awlins just got married and had a baby. This recipe is typical Papa G, easy to follow and just down right delicious. I used my pork cracklins and ate as a dip but I cannot wait to try on my eggs in the morning. Folks do yourself a favor and give this one a try. You’re gonna love it!
