Pizza Crust
2 large Eggs
2 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
1 tbsp. Psyllium Husk Powder
1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
Salt to Taste
2 tsp. Frying Oil
Toppings
1.5 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
3 tbsp. Rao’s Tomato Sauce
1 tbsp. Freshly Chopped Basil

I just used the cheese and pepperoni a little sausage or hamburger the sauce and I melted together in a fry pan until the cheese starts to get a little bit crispy I don't need it that way or if I'm desperate for a piece of pizza and I'll see if I'm going to go out of my mind if I don't have it and we all know how those moments are, I will use a low carb wrap and just use half of it or cut what size I need out of it and put that in the frying pan under it and let that get crispy on the bottom and call that a day

Hi RuledMe, Ive got a medium size pizza in the oven right now. I used 3 eggs 3 tablespoons of parmesan cheese 1 & 1/2 Tbs of psyllium husk for the crust. I added leftover ground beef with spinach and mushrooms...will let you know how it turns out! Thx!

I've always wanted to try this recipe but thought oh lord what is Psyllium husk? Where can I get it? It must be a healthy expensive keto product that can only be found in overseas. Only yesterday I found out it's Isopgul and I have this in my kitchen since forever. We consume this on a daily basis and it's the cheapest most regular thing in our household. It's so insignificant that I never thought to check psyllium husk and isopgul are the same thing. So many recipes I failed to try because I THOUGHT i didn't have psyllium husk at home.

Looks gross but probably tastes good. The texture looks waaaay off but good for a wrap. Maybe baking instead of broiling would make it more like a pizza.

I like better: dough: melted mocarella with almond flour(can add egg, butter if like), salt, garlic iff want to. Make pica with wet hands. Cook in oven in about 180 degrees without toping for few minutes until light brown. Add all normal pica toping. Cook untill cheese melted and lightly browned.. Tadaaa. Yamm.
