I get severe acid reflux whenever I try to do low carb that burns my throat mouth sinuses gums. I have tried to use digestive enzymes and probiotics and it still happens. If I eat lower fat it doesn’t happen. I did low carb previously, and I know it works. Bummed out since I cannot do it anymore. The fat seems to give me reflux when I eat no starch with it. I can eat high fat food as long as there’s something to soak up my stomach acid. I’m at a loss as to what happens or what to do. Any suggestions are welcome. I’m allergic to flaxseed and eggs give me reflux too.

Hello and thanks for sharing this important information, I personally don't have PCOS syndrome but I struggle to have a flat belly as well as having clean skin, in fact, I've been fighting acne and excessive sebum in my hair for many years now(since I was 13, now I'm 26). I read about these symptoms and they both seem to be associated with insulin resistance. Would you recommend eating sweet potatoes in my situation? I know that sweet potatoes are rich in vitamin A which is essential for healthy skin. I also use cinnamon and ginger on a daily basis. any suggestion? Have a good day.
