This is a great set of meals -- no fear of good fats or good carbs. I just wish I could be the kind of person who can eat the same thing over and over again because I would love to meal prep like this. But I get bored if I have to eat the same thing twice in a week, never mind four times. I also don't like sweet breakfasts, so I'm still looking for a week's of meal prepped savoury breakfasts that don't include eggs (I'm allergic) and aren't smoothies and overnight oats. I do meal prep kale or shaved Brussels sprouts salads, though, and they're very similar to these. Kale and Brussels sprouts just gets better as the week progresses and they soften and soak up the dressing. Another thing I do is make four portions of dinner and then freeze two of the portions in individual meal portion-sized containers. Really nice to have the freezer full of containers I can just pull out when i don't want to cook. I think the dinners here would freeze pretty well for those afraid of having week-old salmon or chicken.

Hey Liezl I just wanted to drop a msg to say you completely turned my life around! I have lost 54kg! I went from 130kg to 76kg in 2 years. Instead of the smoothies I have 2 boiled or fried eggs every day. I stuck to the portion sizes and the weight just fell off along with gym and exercise.
