Cheers for the video content! Forgive me for the intrusion, I would love your opinion. Have you considered - Patlarny Sugar Outcome Principle (erm, check it on google should be there)? It is a good one of a kind guide for reversing diabetes minus the hard work. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my best friend Jordan at very last got astronomical results with it.

This is getting me excited! I'm going to hear Mr. Adams speak next week in Brooklyn. Super stoked to hear him in a longer talk about his journey as well as his advocacy for a WFPB diet.

Can we be real please for a minute? As a type 2 diabetic struggling to stay off meds and lower my blood sugar naturally..I can tell you it's not this easy and there is a BIG reason why most people don't/won't do this diet: Flavor! I'm sorry..but there is a REASON people like processed and junk foods..and that's due to them tasting delicious. Don't tell me your cabbage and kale salad tastes as good as a burger and fries, slice of pizza or fave buffet chinese food. So if you want people to eat healthy..then you need to work on providing healthy food that TASTES GOOD. And no..the prospect of dying from diabetic complications isn't enough to make most people eat healthy food that doesn't taste good. Which is why so many diabetics today are pumping themselves full of insulin and meds so that they can still enjoy the foods they were raised on that are unhealthy but delicious..and also why many of them are losing the battle and dying. Maybe this man is able to eat like a rabbit and enjoy it and not let it bother him..but most of us CAN'T do this. Most of us can't live a life eating rabbit food when we were raised to enjoy delicious flavors that only unhealthy foods give us. And yes..I was a vegan for a while..used all the spices in the world to give flavor to my vegan meals..only to quit because I was so unhappy with it. Again..we need to work on making healthy food DELICIOUS and as easily available as fast food is..and simply telling people to eat apples and salads is obviously NOT working. That being said..I WILL eat another damn salad because I don't want this disease to keep killing me. But goddammit I won't be happy doing it!

How can a person reverse their diabetes if this is the motto at the Forksoverknives Website? Do you know what starch and sugar from fruit does to the glucose blood levels of a diabetic? Starch-based comfort foods and fruits take center stage The center of your plate will be starch-based comfort foods that people around the world have thrived on for generations: think potatoes, sweet potatoes, corn, peas, brown rice, quinoa, black beans, kidney beans, and chickpeas.

Saved my life too, wish everyone knew about this instead of the dangerous BS pushed by the keto and low carb flunkies. They don't know the difference between treating symptoms and reversing the cause... intramyocellular lipids... too much fat.

I never heard of someone having an A1C anywhere near 17... Jesus, that's off the charts. I thought mine was bad, when I went to the doctor a couple years ago and he told me my A1C was 12.3 ---- Nice job, turning things around.

The vegan diet is a recipe for disaster for any diabetic whether type 1 or 2. Diabetes is the inability to metabolize carbohydrates. The vegan diet is a HIGH carbohydrate diet. The opposite is true if one wants to control diabetes and maintain normal blood sugars. It's the high fat low carb diet that will save you. Just ask Dr. Richard K Bernstein, who at the age of 12 was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. He is now 85 years old and reversed complication of this terrible disease by consuming about 30g of carbs per day beginning in the early 70's. Today, he still teaches on his YT channel, how diabetics can avoid all the pitfalls of this disease by eating low carbs and controlling blood sugar with small doses of insulin.

I was going to write a Master's thesis on reversing Diabetic Retinopathy with the Raw Living Foods Lifestyle, but my mentor Dr./Rabbi Gabriel Cousens did not get the grant to study a cohort of 400 Adult onset diabetics. Instead, I am writing on reversing chronic illnesses with the Raw Living Foods lifestyle. This is an amazing testimonial. Thanks for your work T.Colin Campbell and Nelson Campbell and all of the wives! Blessings, Shalom and Namasté. :)

Very inspiring. I actually had to move from NYC to Portland Oregon in order to have the strength to take on a WFPB diet. The stress of living in the city, along with access to a huge variety of my favorite greasy ethnic foods, made it very difficult for me. But if he can do it under those circumstances anyone can.
