If you want to burn fat and lose weight, this Keto Meal Plan is for you! When creating these meal plans my main goal is to make them easy to follow, clear instructions/steps, and nutrition so you know exactly what you're eating. When I first started creating meal plans, I found most people left out steps or they were unclear so I try to give you everything you need to make this meal plan without scratching your head or 2nd guessing yourself. Also with this meal plan, I decided to provide 2 variations of the plan. You could follow the low calorie meal plan, the higher calorie meal plan or even mix and match the meals to make your own variation of both meal plans. I really hope you guys find this video helpful! I like what he is doing but I got something to say some of these people on here talk about buying grass-fed beef they have no idea none whatsoever if the actual be there by 9 is grass-fed there is no difference between grass-fed beef and whatever other beef that's not grass-fed no difference you can't prove that is grass fed beef the same manufacturing the puts out the the Wakulla process beef where is pumped full of hormones and everything could be putting out the grass-fed beef that you're buying you have no idea the only way you know is if you buy from your local cattle farm that's the way to go la from the store from your local farmer and have it butchered yourself that way you know that is grass-fed all I wanted to say

You shouldn't eat that much bacon on a keto. It's dirty keto and won't do anything good to your health in a long term. It is perfectly okay to eat bacon sometimes, but not everyday. You'll just bust your omega 6 and it is just not good for your body.

I really wish I had find the “Yamzoko Weebly” (Google it) a long time ago. I lose 12 pounds in 3 weeks so far. There is still need of exercises even just a couple of times weekly and the foodstuff to eat should be ideal. The results shown to me is fantastic. I undoubtedly suggest the product, hope it works as excellent for you as it does for me. .

Just finished all my meals. Based off 6 days. I noticed a couple things. I followed everything on the list, that's what I brought. I measured the ground meat , ended up short on two lunches. I have a ton a lettuce left. Everything else for lunch was perfect. Breakfast was spot on for 6 days. Dinner everything was spot on for 6 days. But I ended up with leftover fish, steak. I used the steak and fish , to replace the short on ground beef for lunch. So everything is done. Minus the snacks. That's something I'll make every day. After everything. I ended up with 4.8 oz of combined fish steak leftover. Plus the whole bowl of lettuce.
