I have been applying this weight loss plan “Yamzoko Weebly” (Google it) for a few weeks right now and so far I love them! They provide me lots of energy as well as suppress my desire for foods, but I don`t crash whenever they wear off which I really like, and they also don`t make me jittery. I lost around 10 pounds in 3 months when I was about 9 or 10 years old, I had kickboxing classes 2 or 3 days a week and my mum always cooked food, and the thing is, you kinda have to exercise just a little bit, doesn't mean you need to go to the gym everyday for 2 hours, and not always you had to eat ONLY healthy, obviously you can eat a little bit of sweet, but some fruits and vegetables, and the food that you are eating doesn't have to be healthy ALL the time, you can eat McDonald's like once one or two months! That's exactly what I did, and you can also look up the 'diet' I used, it's called '5 a day diet' something like that, I also found a link that talks about it:

Calculate your BMR Eat in a deficit Make a deficit of 500 everyday In a week you'll make a deficit of 3500 kcal which is equal to 1 lb.. Approx 0.5 kg... So according to that you'll lose a kg in 14 days and like that in a month you'll lose 2 kgs and if you add a bit of training in your routine... Who knows you'll lose 3 kgs a month and that's a healthy rate of losing fat.

Very practical info. Accurate too. From my experience, training muscle matters just as much as doing cardio. A strong muscle is a hungry muscle, which leads to more demand (even when idle); this in turn, is what can lead to weight loss via an ideal, caloric deficit. This is kind of inaccurate, although eating healthily is a great way to start for losing weight, BUT. You still have to exercise to burn it off, even if your only eating healthy foods. As you should know, fats, carbs, healthy fats, sugars, natural sugars still store as fat in your body if you don't exercise. So yes, still exercise and eat healthy. One or the other doesn't overweigh it out, its 50, 50!!
