I’ve been on keto diet and naturally doing intermittent fasting for over 10 years, eat lots of good fat, not a fan of rice or noodles, eat veggie but not too much and my health check every year has the same result. Everything is good but cholesterol. It’s always lower than normal average range, the good cholesterol is in normal range but the bad one is significant low. Any idea if it’s harmful or what can I do to change?

Hormones won't be the problem. Those are working at very small amounts compared to all the other processes in the body.

Are you connected to a Pharmaceutical Company gaining extra income or are you trying to introduce another pill to increase the low cholesterol to kill the patients. Low cholesterol does not cause dementia, low sex drive, depression, etc but in fact one feels good & healthy,thanks.Mehrunnisa.

NOOOOO NO NO NOOO DONT LISTEN TO THIS IDIOT. 200 is stupidly high aim for 90-140 where there is NO RISK for heart disease. 200+ is the proven level for people to have risk for heart disease. Look at the fucking research dipshit. I cant support someone who is putting out informatiom that is harming people. Ask me if you want to see the studies supporting what I have to say. For now Im too lazy to provide them. But I will for the intelligent people who want to base their dietart choices on actual scientific research! Btw unsubscribing from this terrible channel

Why do we STILL get warnings from "professionals" about cholesterol?? Last I was told our 3 year old boy shouldn't eat eggs. And when confronted they reference the government guidelines that haven't changed since the 70s.

There is no such thing as too low ldl cholesterol. This guy is just voicing an opinion. He is not an independent scientific researcher. He's like all these cholesterol is good "doctors" who are trying to sell books and supplements. Total bs.

The body drops excess cholesterol in the gut, expecting a lot of soluble fiber (such as from fruit or oat meal) to absorb it and drag it out of the body in the form of stools. That is one of the reasons why fiber is so important in your diet. When the fiber is lacking, the cholesterol is absorbed back into the blood stream, where it can raise your cholesterol to a dangerous level. Statins used to prevent CVD are dangerous in the sense that they can push your cholesterol level too low, and also rob you of co-enzyme Q10, which is very important for heart health. Plus there are a number of possible serious side effects, such as severe muscle pain and premature aging. If your arteries are inflamed and / or damaged by bacteria, smoking, chemicals or junk food, LDL cholesterol particles can and will penetrate the outer wall of your arteries, and the process of arteriosclerosis will set in, leading eventually to CVD and stroke. The first symptom may be angina (if you are lucky) or a deadly heart attack or stroke (if you are not so lucky). So if your cholesterol is too high, please search for the root cause WHY it is too high (mostly diet and lifestyle) and try to lower it naturally without taking statins. Statins are suitable for people with diagnosed CVD, or people suffering from familial hypercholesterolemia.

In your book you mentioned that you only eat eggs twice a week instead of everyday for the past 20 years as you mentioned in your videos on several occasions.  You also mentioned in the book that you prefer fish for breakfast mostly, can you please comment on these statements and offer some explanation before recommending eggs everyday in quantities of up to 4 per meal for breakfast?  Thank you

I have always felt that the body is such an amazing machine. If we're eating right and exercising on a regular basis we're not going to need all the extra medications. Our bodies have the ability to heal naturally.

I have had a very high cholesterol for about 2 years, I finally found the cure for myself within a month, it went down to normal range and thankfully I have not taken any medications.
