Low Carb Baked mixed veggies

Cut up in baking pan: broccoli, mushrooms, onions, peppers, garlic, cauliflower, yellow and green squash....add oil, butter, granulated garlic, salt, if desired...Bake in oven at 400 degrees, after 10 minutes, stir, and bake another 10 minutes.....total 20 minutes. Top with parmesan cheese (or any cheese you desire)

Love a cucumber and tomato onion salad with vinegar or sour cream and dill I bet that is some good garlic good and strong garlic is good for ya could I just plant regular garlic

This isn't healthy but I like using bacon grease on them and sometimes I grill my romaine leave the root part on and just cut in half I grill it enough to char it then afterwards put salad dressing with tomatoes and cucumbers

That looks really really good YUM-O delish I love vegtables all vegtables hun that vegtable oil is no good for you its poison grape seed or avocado oils and olive oil that vegtable oil is no good I take my hands and mix everything together so the seasonings and oil gets on every veg
