I disagree with you for the first time! This will not work for everyone, too many different things to factor in. You say if you do not feel hungry its mean you are eating too much! This is NOT a fact. I have about 350 calories for breakfast, veggies/protein at around 6: 30 am and I am not hungry by 11:00 am. ... I could go on, but this is just to make a point

Hi Joanna, I accept your theory 100%, Very well explained, it reminds my cookery classes, but tell me the easiest way to measure the calories, it's easy if you buy teen and packet food. Just like you mentioned about the fat about one teaspoon. please explain that %ages, is it one cup one lb or what.

I love your advice and you seem to know what you're talking about! But I have a question, should we NOT consume carbohydrates before sleeping, such as rice and grains? In my eastern culture, we have excellent, healthy foods but we tend to consume them at the wrong time of the day...and our portions are enormous! It could help explain why our people are steadily becoming more enormous...LOL But thank you for making such a great video and right to the point!

this video is so misleading.. you don't lose muscle mass by water fasting because your body will run on body fat and you don't go into catabolic state when you are in ketosis
