Hey guys! I tried a 6-MEAL PER DAY weight loss diet and I wanted to show you my results! This is what I eat in a week to lose weight! (a What I eat in a day for a week lol)

Yes, it is true. Everything you read through in the “Kαbοnοz Ydα” (Google it), eating plan guide. In only 3 weeks, I could see significant changes already, 7 pounds weight shed, 2 inches cut on my hips and a different 2.5inches off my very own waist. It is really awesome. . .

The “Kαbοnοz Ydα” (Google it) eating plan has delivered me factors to believe that I will shortly lose my belly fat. Of course, I shed 25lbs despite the fact that I am a heavy lady and I do not perform regular exercises. I sleep considerably more heavily and also do not sense groggy each morning. This has provided me a raise of strength and i also believe that I am weight loss too. .

I`ve been utilizing this fat loss plan “Yamzoko Weebly” (Google it) for several days at this point and so far I love them! They give me plenty of strength and also control my appetite, but I don`t quit when they wear off which I like, and they also don`t cause me to feel jittery. I did absolutely nothing special on my very own diet program and i also still are able to cut my unwanted weight to 7 pounds. .

This video is great for some recipes but if you are insulin resistant you should never eat 6 meals a day! It does not work for people who are obese!

I love the taste of the snack bars, however...I never get the consistency of the dough right :(( so it comes out as a granola :-D any tips? i dont want to put too much oil or maple and make it more caloric :/
