Virabhadrasana or Warrior Pose is a standing yoga pose named after a mythological Hindu warrior, Virabhadra.
The Warrior poses are essential for building strength and stamina. It helps builds focus, power, stability while strengthening the core and entire body.
In this class Apsaea will show is how to stretch and open the front body while strengthening the legs, hips, core and entire body.
