Flax seeds still have some carbs. Hence, your great bread is not totally carb free. Lol

That is most definitely my kind of cooking. Relaxed, casual, one pan, minimal washing up, good intense natural flavours. Thank you Lovely to see recipes where i wouldn’t have to phaff or substitute ANYTHING.

In checking several internet sources, there are 98 grams of carbs in two cups of flaxseed. How can you claim a 'carb free bread'?

These ingredients come out to about 2,200 calories.... that's about 250 cal a slice

As a Diabetic and make my own bread. I can tell you its not no carb. But it does have low carb, about 5g per 100g of mix. Still a nice idea though

How do you get your bread to rise so much? I tries whisking the eggwhites, adding vinegar etc and nothing is working.

I am so happy i found The Real Meal revolution TV. My husband and i are planning to start this journey and lifestyle beginning of October :) we are very excited and happy we came across the book. The recipes look amazing and tasty too :)  Can you guys please let us know where you get the ingredients, eg store names. This will make it so much easier than going every were and not finding them... :)
