Hi! I really haven't went full Keto not until I go to my doctor...but I've noticed that since I've cut out my diet pop and cut my carbs way down my knee pain and the swelling in my feet has diminished considerably...I just can't wait to go full Keto on the 19th after my doctor app..I can also tell that I've lost a little weight also
