Intermittent Fasting is the best I do it on alternate days fast for whole 24 hrs just water and 1 teaspoon Honey with warm water in morning and on the off days i eat only healthy stuff green boiled veggies spicy chicken and salads sometimes i also give a treat to myself once in a month i am now adapted to it
