I will follow this and post my result here after 15 days. Edit: It was too hard for me to run in the beginning. I tried and some days I skipped but I tried again. Now on the 15th day, I am able to run on a speed of 7.2. I am gradually increasing my speed. At first, I couldn't run on more than the speed of 5. I modified this exercise according to my comfort. I warm up the first five minutes by just walking on the speed of 3.2 then I start running for 1 minute at speed 6 then I walk for two minutes and run for one minute with increased speed and so on. I do this about 30-35 minutes and do about 5-6 reps. I didn't lose much as I maybe not doing enough but I can feel more stamina which can help me in working out hard. I lost some inches and that is good. My family is seeing a change in mine. My swelling went away plus I feel lighter. I am doing other things too like I try to eat healthy and I cut off my calories. I cut the sugar and I avoid eating rice as I was living on rice before. I try to sleep at night and wake up early in the morning

This definitely work because I run/walk on the treadmill to speed my heart rate, and burn more calories. I start for a minute at 2.0 speed, then increase for. 1 and half, 4.6-5.0 speed, 7 incline. When I tell you I be drenched for the first 10 minutes and go all the way to 15 minutes doing this, about time my cool down 3 minutes I burn soo much I’ll end my workout with a wall sit and I’m good for the day.
