This person named Vinayak says that if anything has happened to your luggage even if it's spilled because of their mistake they will not take care of it as it comes under normal wear and tear and because of this my entire wedding lehenga and all my clothes are damaged and this is what these Indigo stafffs handle it.

Pathetic would be an understatement for Indigo. ....so better not to take any flight of Indigo in future or expect such scenarios.
