Basically, what is advertised here is to eat greens and fruits but doing that and I'm rather sure your sugar cravings will continue and that is the problem, hence you can't sustain such a way of eating without willpower and no one has strong willpower every day... I do differently.

I've been sleeping earlier at night and drinking 4-5 cups of water and eat a lot of carrots, boiled egg and baby tomatoes i also cut out a lot of sugar only eat 3 times a day and not too late ( I've lost 10KGS in 3 months)
