Anyone tried the Fenoboci Diet Plan? I have heard some unbelivable things about it and my friend lost lots of weight with Fenoboci Diet Plan (google search it).

Do not use the drops only injections. It has no side effects and anyone that says it does is full of shit. This diet was discovered long ago and is the only diet that cures being over weight. You need to read a manuscript called pounds and inches. It will explain how the 500 cal. Along with the 200 IU of HCG will release nothing but pure body fat! 500 cal. Without HCG = basically killing yourself like the dumb dumbs in the video said. I use to weigh 280 lbs and now I weigh 176lbs :)

You are wrong you should really read pounds and inches and no there is no side effects unless you get fake hcg do your research

Firstly, HCG Diet is not new, its been around for a very long time, this above review is not well informed, the diet doesn't not allow rice cakes for example, there have been 1000s of people that have done this diet and didn't have the side effects that are suggested above, our Facebook group, no male has developed breasts... you may get mood swings but that's normal with any low calorie diet, you do  500 cal in cycles, then add food in each day reviewing what is causing the gain of weight.... its a good diet if you are unable to be active, before HCG I tried lite and easy, 1200 to 1500 cal diet, but having 7 bulging discs, spinal cord compression, you cant be active.... I agree this diet is not for everyone, but it is as bad as you say it is. Im sure Amelia understands the term "cutting" the 500 cal part of the diet is the cutting stage, no one stays on 500 cals for more than 6 weeks at a time....
