I need this because my teeth are starting to ache, i lost 10 lbs this summer but ive gained back 3 in just 3 months after ive stopped dieting and ive been stress eating. My teeth ache, my acne is terrible and im always tierd. I will go almost cold turkey tomorrow but cut sugar out slowly! Wish me luck!!

I feel like a cocaine addict. I have been watching videos and trying to cut back on added sugar and it is so so hard for me. I am cruising toward 55 years old and I have had a love affair with sugar for as long as I can remember. Over the last 10 years I have cut down a lot. No fruit juices, no colas at all, but I just cannot completely quit sugar and I don't understand why. I am not fat or obese but I know sugar is not good for your body and feeds cancer cells.

Just tried the brownie bites and I was surprised at how good they were, tasted just like a dark chocolate brownie. Definitely will be making these again when the chocolate cravings inevitably come in

I believe that’s a lot of other stuff beside fresh fruit to add to oats like xylitol or stevia. Actually you can drink tea without sugar.

Try having leaky gut with candida strep and klebsiella overgrowth and then having to cut all sugar even fruits out to heal your gut. I’m not allowed to eat starches or grains flours fruit let alone refined sugar. Not natural sugars either. In order to heal the gut and get inflammation down and regain energy one must do a strict gutt healing low inflammatory diet. Only leafy greens and bone broths, grass fed meats and wild caught fish, fermented coconut cream which turns into yoghurt and fermented fruits (incase u don’t know what fermented is it’s when you use a culture to get rid of all the sugar but preserve the nutrients) fermented vege like sauerkraut is allowed also.
I have chronic fatigue and fullnon digestion issues and this diet is so challenging because u crave sugar like crazy!!!! The pathogens which are the bacterial overgrowths live if sugar and so they crave them every day. I didn’t think I was addicted until I tried this diet. Sugar addiction is a real thing. It’s exactly the same as drug addiction. The hardest thing I’ve tried to do is give up sugar but if u have chronic illness it has to be done otherwise u will never heal. And all disease begins in the gut! Sugar is inflammatory. And inflammation causes disease.

i’ve started cutting out sugar recently, i haven’t gone cold turkey but i find when i haven’t eaten it for the whole morning or something my energy levels are really low, i’m annoyed at people and just not living my best life. has that happened to other people at the start or is my body just not suited to no sugar?

I had a really bad head cold for 2 weeks. My throat was so soar I couldn't talk. I was also running a fever. So I ate ice cream daily. Now that I'm better, I find myself craving icecream a lot. So I'm planning on a sugar detox. These are good ideas thankyou :D

Tip 1: DO NOT keep any sugary snacks in your kitchen, for real, is horrible when you're trying to cut sugars from your diet and your kitchen is full of cookies, nutella, etc, instead, buy a lot of fruits to keep your cravings under control, it works!
