Banana - 1 Medium Ripe
Milk - 1/3 Cup
Dates - 6

***For Dalia/ Whole Wheat Upma***

Whole Wheat Farina (Rava) - 1 Cup
Mixed Vegetables - 1 Cup
Oil - 1 Tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/3 Tsp
Split chickpeas - 1 Tsp
Urad Dal - 3/4 Tsp
Cumin Seeds (Jeera) - 1 Tsp
Green Chilli (Peppers) - 3 Split

I have actually implemented this “Yamzoko Weebly” (Google it) for a few days already and the final results are impressive. They provide me a lot of energy and curb my appetite, however I do NOT quit when they wear off which I love, and so they don`t cause me to feel jittery. It's a wrong diet plane you know 1 date has how many calories and you put 5 to 6 Breakfast And white bread is very bad for health and u use oil and butter and other things its totally wrong Biscuits 1 biscuits is equal to 1 roti It's not a diet plane *mange your carbs you take only 800 carbs then you lose your weight*

to those who are saying "there is too much bread and rice" in the diet-- well starving your system of carb will only make you feel hungry no matter what and you would drop the diet faster than you could blink. Your brain won't function at its best either. Have done the low carb bullshit and lived through fever, and low iron to tell the tale. Depriving yourself of any food group will only make everyone malnourished . So give it a rest. If someone needs still less calorific density, skip some elements here and there but don't restrict macros. ( example maybe skip the cheese, or don't eat 1 cup but half cup rice or replace with roti etc)

Lol stop the crap please know the amounts of carbs and sugar you are putting into the stomach, did you see how much sugar in dates, banana, oats and milk has in it know the science behind it,. If any human being wants to loose weight they shouldn't exceed the carbohydrate limit not more than 20 grams per day whether you excercise or not, excercise is secondary first is the food going in to your stomach is important. Stop fooling yourself and others.
