I do 100 diamond press ups before my workout, It use to be my workout at one point but now I can do them with ease and then maybe after my workout I do some explosive push ups to really finish the muscles off so i can't do anymore, no pain no gain, your workout videos are inspiring and I've been doing callestenics for about 2 months now and despite that pain, the results are amazing and I enjoy it alot

Great job Chris... just a suggestion, you are almost getting muscle bound, I would add in running on your off days. Try soccer sprints, sprint the long side, jog the short. Keep up the inspiring workouts!
