Diabetes is NOT a Disease: Diabetes cannot be cured because it is NOT a disease and something that doesnt exist cannot have a cure either. Diabetes is just a label given to a temporary bodily disbalance or disorder that goes away with time provided we listen to our body signs and symptoms and co operate with them. Mother Nature acting through our body corrects and adjusts to all the so called diseases which are merely disbalances with time. All that we have to do is NOT take any chemical poisons which are known by the name of modern allopathic medicines which do the actual harm of destroying our body over the course of time. LIfe without allopathic medicines will bring us back on the road of good health with only some alertness observation and following our inner body guide. Eating healthy home cooked food, some exercise, sunlight, rest, relaxation and meditaiton will surely make us overcome all diseases as our body is tuned to auto correct itself by Nature. Unlike a car or any man made mechanism, our bodies have the capacity to heal itself but all the doctors and medical practionners try to suppress this fact and make us believe that we have to take drugs/medicines to cure ourselves of diseases. Aerobics definitely helps burn sugar, also I consumed some food with allspice in it and my sugar counts came down before even doing the exercise !!!!! I'm currently trying to verify that's what lowered my sugar levels !!!

I agree with Exercise and Diet control of sugar, fats, and Crabo's diet. this is not just a one thing but a lot of everything all rolled into one result lower sugar when you test. I am 74+  and started way back in April 2019,  moved up from 1.6 to 3 miles per day and my rate of walking has increased. at first I had issues with bronchial, heart so I took Aspirin, and my super complex vitamins always carrying some as needed but not overly used.   My last blood test showed substantial improvement and my heart test showed no issues. I am stronger and yes I do stop and take a few seconds break but the number is getting less and less. Legs and hips haven't moved this much in years was a desk job type and didn't get out and exercise enough. I do recommend  you get a pedometer and start slow and work up as you can every day is best. Increase what you can and build your endurance and gain heart strength you will build endurance over time and clears up bronchial conditions if they continue ask your doc. Keep track of your step count and what you eat.I was 177 lbs when I started early spring, now at 154 lbs.  The more food intake the more you need to move that little bit more. Salads are good and you can top off with Chicken breast very good as lots of protein and no carb's, zero sugar, and very low fats. I eat a warm breakfast and alternate my super "B" complex vitamins with standard one a day with minerals. I do think a warm breakfast with some fats and water helps the vitamins be absorbed much more than other combinations. I do take caffeine 200 mg. To wakes me up and gets me going and if I  am going to be driving this wakes you up and you are more alert. Commonly put situational awareness, just be practical and adjust for your time out and keep on your toes. All of this works in combination of medication and sugar test numbers have gone down from 250 to low 70,  now 135 this morning. I generally walk early near sunrise and have walked 3 miles twice for extra and build up my endurance. You can walk near sunset on warm evenings and then crash and settle in for the night and sleep like a log after your work out walk. Your Life... Your choice.. Make the best of life, and keep  your circulation up, Also adds to libido.  Mother nature likes active people. Eat smart. Wear  out or rust out. Don't be a couch potato.
